Please note that there may be a slight color difference between your screen and the original item. Some devises provide slightly different color nuances than others. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me! Your good experience is my priority!

Shipping

We are temporary shipping within Netherlands. Please contact us for further information.

It will be shipped by PostNL within Netherlands. We will ship within one week after your order is confirmed. It will take 1 to 3 business days for the item to arrive. We will email you the shipping date and tracking number.

Returns

The painting cannot be returned. If it is broken, I will give you a full refund. Please contact us within one week. Please return sent back by collect on delivery. Please email me when you ship. We will process the refund after the item arrives.

I didn't provide frame,  but here is the framing instructions for you to know :

Watercolor paintings are light sensitive so UV glass is used to protect them from fading. (It’s also recommended that you hang artwork away from direct sunlight.). Conservation mounting (or reversible framing) is suggested, meaning that the artwork must be mounted in such a way that it can be removed from the frame package without any damage to the painting.
